[TW: Medical] Can't sleep so it's 2am cancer thoughts time 🎉 First thought: The reviews were right - cancer is not fun :( But while that part is terrible the staff of nurses, techs, doctors, and more have been amazing ❤️ Also blood donors are heroes - I've gotten 5 units in just the last few days ❤️

Second thought: My trans friends are way stronger than I am 😭 I lasted about 5 days without hair before the not-me-ness of my reflection really got to me. Bald is beautiful, but having long hair is part of who I am, so that's been messing me up. Thankfully wigs exist and are easy to wear 🎉

oh i must of missed a fellow speed community member has a cancer diagnosis (although mine is still in the "we dont know if it is but you tested possitive for a mutation market that likely means cancer) Wish you luck reading this thread is nice comfort personally.
