It is important to have serious feast for questing. Meatball calzones: We made sauce and meatballs using Gina's recipe (Buon-a-Petitti, YouTube) my sourdough breadcrumbs and sourdough pizza crust at 56% hydration.

Two meatball calzones with wonderful leopard spotting sit on parchment paper.

A three-shelfed food warmer holds cheese bread at the top, followed by two meatball calzones in the middle, and one more at the bottom. The cheese bread is just my sourdough pizza dough with string cheese inside, cut into long strips, and painted with garlic olive oil.
