“Unable to start conversation with this user” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but it’s my (er, our) first name and last name at the domain of google’s mail system. Mine has a period between first and last name, but the ones I’m getting from Easycare (& another provider) do not have the period. Let him know pls?
