Same for the film industry. I worked on a film where the Key Grip got in a fist fight with the caterer. Me and actor Ron Eldard broke it up - but as I was holding back the caterer on the ground my boss, the key grip, got in a few extra punches. Lol
The morale improved greatly with a new caterer.
