No! My entire point has been that these biases are well-known and the people pretending this decision is rational are ignoring those ideas
@whstancil.bsky.socialIt’s extremely well-demonstrated that people have deeply irrational levels of loss aversion, which is easily sufficient to explain this poll result. You don’t have to jump in with some explanation about how people are just so broke that this is clearly the correct choice
