So let me get this straight. I have a medical insurance provider that considers me a client due to outdated paperwork (which they won't fix); The original source of said healthcare insurance that can fix the aforementioned provider's paperwork records, but WON'T; And the current source of state-

-provided healthcare that won't cover anything because the aforementioned outdated paperwork states that they are my "primary healthcare insurance provider." And all three of these dipshits are both aware of the outdated records, but won't fix it?
