Have they considered fixing OMNY? Because those cards and the readers barely work. There is no app and the OMNY website is horrible. Not user friendly at all.

I’m still waiting for someone to find out how MTA will issue bus transfers to bus riders when their bus goes out of service or short turns in a post-MetroCard world.
