Under decrim, s3x workers will have clearer access to mechanisms like the Fair Work Commission and WorkSafe WA. In 1996 in the case "Phillipa v Carmel" a s3x worker sued her boss for unfair dismissal. This was one of the first cases in the world of a s3x worker getting compensation from a bad boss.

Because the br0thel had strict rules, the SWer was an employee, not an 'independent contractor’. The worker had been fired without warning or opportunity to respond. She had been unfairly dismissed. As compensation, the br0thel was ordered to pay the w0rker 2 months' income
