Bike is a black canondale, with a bit of red on the front fork. It has a rear rack black bag. This is as close as I can get.

CPD caution taping off the area, mentioned blood on the ground. Cops say biker taken to UChicago hospital, probably in the last ~30 mins. Idk any other details.
