The PT lists with the 4 Emmy-2 Lab configuration only had 2 and I think the idea is that this build is trying to ramp with its lands more often rather than play green sources early. You could easily cut a Raker for the 4th but I wanted 4 Raker to contrast with my other build that only plays 1.
