At Oral Arguments for Prisha Mosley's appeal, the Conservative Judges engaged in a politically charged line of questions Defendant's counsel reminded them were disputed claims. Defendants denied ever saying them and Prisha provided no evidence they occurred. In part why Summary Judgment was granted.

Is this true?? How did this case overcome the statute of limitations?? The treatment occurred over a decade before the lawsuit was filed!

Unfortunately it sounded like that, at least the conservative judges didn’t care that it was disputed and were ready to accept it as fact anyway…

Dr. Perry clearly denied telling Prisha she would grow a penis. Instead she testified that was a question Prisha brought up that she corrected by explaining clitoral enlargment, which Prisha's deposition corroborates. Prisha even mentions she might have heard the "tiny penis" euphemism elsewhere.
