‪During the arguments‬, the plaintiffs lawyer said that the defendants haven’t secured any experts in their favor and don’t dispute some of their arguments about malpractice. Is that true?

So uh, what was your thoughts on the arguments? To me, it unfortunately sounded like the 2 conservative judges (but potentially all 3) may have been leaning towards the plaintiff. But I’d love to hear what you thought of it!
