Huh? The proposed rule changes nothing. There are no e-mopeds certified to "meets all applicable Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS)".
Insurance won't exist as no legal e-mopeds exist.
Enforcement won't happen just because illegal vehicles are now illegal in a slightly different way.
