Yo, I work at a similar fundraising platform, they've got into a LOT of shit for this with the Charity Regulator, can't believe it's still on there that you can't select £0 for the tip. We do tips too, but £0 is obviously selectable.

Most of my charity’s donors are older, and getting them to donate online is hard enough. This stuff just leaves a nasty taste which then I have to deal with as treasurer. JustGiving are full of this dark pattern stuff and I hate it.
