Verdict on the Peach Carmel Pie: fantastic!
It's very sweet, as you'd imagine from a filling of peaches, caramel, and literally nothing else. But it tastes great, especially when served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And I'm very pleased with the bake.
