This one comes from the Nicole Rucker's Fat + Flour cookbook, which claims that it, "absolutely clobbers traditional lemon meringue pie." Shots fired. Those are both pies I love, so not a shocker. 1,500,000/10. Is it better than a lemon meringue? Maybe? Who cares! This is excellent pie. 140
