Verdict on the Blueberry Plum Balsamic pie: excellent!
The balsamic is very subtle. Really this is a good plum and blueberry fruit pie, with a subtle tang to it.
It's a little runny, but not too bad. And it'll firm up even more overnight.
500,000/10. A bit messy, but this is good pie!
