I dunno how it's gonna *taste*, but I sure am happy with how this came out. Instead of my usual crust I'm using Nicole Rucker's crust from Fat + Flour. Everything just went right with this crust, so this might be my go to. Filling is pretty simple, so looking forward to tasting it when it cools!

Verdict on the Blueberry Plum Balsamic pie: excellent! The balsamic is very subtle. Really this is a good plum and blueberry fruit pie, with a subtle tang to it. It's a little runny, but not too bad. And it'll firm up even more overnight. 500,000/10. A bit messy, but this is good pie!
