afistfulofsuck.bsky.social @afistfulofsuck.bsky.social · 28/08/2026The first line of Dragon Ball figures of Goku, Yamcha and the Krillin pictured in the OP. I saw them in a toy store and I thought they looked cool so I looked up in the TV listings when Dragon Ball aired so I could check out the show and that’s how I started watching the series. 120
Ɐustin, Called Turn "Tex" Austin @turntex.bsky.social · 29/08/2026As a kid I had a a fair amount of Irwin and Jacks figures, but the one I recall being my favorite was Movie Collection Broly. The large size, the (somewhat) articulate limbs, and the iconic character still stands out in my memory. 000
TheDevilsCorpse @thedevilscorpse.bsky.social · 28/08/2026I enjoyed the "wrong" action figures Irwin released. Like thanks for the Battle Jacket, but why is #17 in it? Oh, the Majin Vegeta that existed for two seconds and on a Rebirth of Fusion commercial. This is also definitely how I remember Goku going Super Saiyan. 040
ＫＥＮ @detectivex.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Wild that this is a part of the American-only Dragon Stars line, but this Tenka'ichi Budokai playset has gotta be up there for me. 140
Alex @monodoh.bsky.social · 28/08/2026The IF Labs Movie Collection figures. Not that I ever owned any of them, but the ad is burned into my memory. youtu.be/imCMXMfnfqg?...youtu.beDragon Ball Z Action Figures by IF Labs - AdYouTube video by DragonTrailers 010
rabidrodent @rabidrodent.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Those BK figures actually were pretty tight. The decision to go for a statue look was pretty strange and unique for a fast food toy, but it worked well in their favor and they display pretty nice. 000
jasoncee.bsky.social @jasoncee.bsky.social · 28/08/2026That first line of American Dragonball figures that were just Super battle collection molds. But because we wouldn’t understand them like that, they gave them random weapons and other accessories that they couldn’t even hold. 040
Kanzenshuu @kanzenshuu.com · 29/08/2026We have recorded! Thank you everyone for your great responses! 040
Matt @musicfighter.bsky.social · 29/08/2026It’s mentioned already in this thread, but the error “base” form Majin Vegeta was great and definitely what I remember the most. General shout out to when Irwin started producing their own figures and sculpts, with the clear intent to fill people’s gaps from the Super Battle Collection. 000
