I understand it shouldn't fall on all to put up with a given amount of harmful ignorance - it does, I believe, fall on all to uplift society.
Ousting someone from a community might clean it up but it doesn't uplift anything; doesn't fix the issue.
Only sends 'em somewhere w/even worse influences.
