Sharp chest pain, profound exhaustion, crippling exertional dyspnea; all new onset, but you hesitate to complain about it bc you don’t want to be dramatic, & you figure you’re probably fine. Besides, you were out for Covid a week or so ago, you really don’t have time to mess with it. Just me? Oh. 🙃😅
