RIA claimed 39 settlements. 31 in July, 20 in June — highest of the three. DeepState assessed 7 lost. Not one of the 39 lies within 5 km of any of the 7. Five sit near settlements that only entered the grey zone; the other 34 near no assessed change at all.

Kyiv on Russian losses: 42 050, -1%, 1356/day. Moscow on Ukrainian losses: 42 870 over the same 31 days, 1383/day (July 44 125). 2% apart. Ratio by month: 1.23, 1.06, 1.04, 1.05, 1.04, 1.02 — converging, and the two series turn together, both rising through June-July and both falling in August.
