But strikes on warehouses and refineries were successful and probably exceeded the cost of all the used drones. 1121

Russia has built four layers around the capital and is working on a fifth, involving hundreds of air-defense units. Every major drone attack consumes significant resources and ensures that this mass of AD systems cannot be moved elsewhere. 1121
