iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I ran 5km for the second day in a row. Averaging 1,825 kms a year over the past two days.

On that basis I’m on 3,650 kms a year. How’s your Achilles doing?

No trouble, thankfully. I haven't been going to the gym though so I need to get back to that to strenghten the muscles and avoid overloading it.
