The rule of law. It would be stealing. As much as I want that money to go to Ukraine, stealing it would severely undermine the banking industry, with potentially catastrophic consequences.

I believe they held back from doing so to keep it a a negotiating tool. But if Trump agrees a bad deal with Russia. This money should be given to Ukraine as war compensation. With more to follow once this distasteful American regime falls.
