#LARiots #LAPD The LA cops are breaking out their own windshields. Doors wide open with other cops guarding the scene. 🤔 I would love to be a fly on the wall when they explain that to internal affairs. #ACAB

LAPD breaking their own windshield. Why? So they can blame the protesters? www.reddit.com/r/ACAB/s/gWE...

From the ACAB community on Reddit: LAPD smashing their own car, for some reason.

They are removing it so they can drive it. It was broken prior. I get that this would not be beyond them at all, but we need to be better.

Operational reasons. The laminated tempered glass crazy paves when fractured, so you can't see to drive. Ripping it out so you can see to drive it away would be the sensible move.

LA city council needs to investigate as that’s destruction of city property and if it’s done by an employee of the city, well shits gonna hit the fan big time!

It's pretty clear they are taking the glass out because you cant see through it anymore. This way they can still drive the vehicle.

As much as I despise what they’re doing. I believe the windshield was already broken, it’s common to completely bash and remove the glass so you can see out the opening and continue to operate the vehicle
