NOT FAR TO BERMUDA! my favourite special !!!! (i think… i may have said this before about a different special and i may say it again about one) what a beautiful debut from @lowrianndavies.bsky.social as the incredible JJ

an ink drawing of a young black man smiling beatifically with one muscular arm behind his head nonchalantly. he is in a low tank top and tiny denim shorts with flip flops. he has chin length dreadlocks, some of which have beads at the end. he has two visible tattoos and a lot of leather bracelets.

an ink drawing of a slender white woman waving warmly while holding a large smoothie. her hair is in a messy bun and she has face framing bangs. she is wearing athletic clothing: a cropped tshirt, small poofy shorts over leggings, and chunky trainers. she has leg warmers and wristbands.

an ink drawing of a chubby white woman absentmindedly holding a large crystal with her two hands at her chest. she has a choppy haircut held in a low ponytail and has a freckled face. she is wearing a small black top, a chunky cargudan and a small wrap skirt around her waist. she also has socks and sandals.

i’m gonna have to split space pals over two posts which is absolutely fine because that’s how the ship had it anyway. here are THE BEST CHARACTERS! including a truly delightful debut of @stellartim.bsky.social as the inimitable Doraldio Pilchards

an ink drawing of a humanoid alien with four three-fingered arms, large eyes, sticky out ears, a thin noise and antenna that pole out from under a tiny top hat. he has a moustache and is wearing a military uniform. he is saluting with his top left hand, the lower one rests at his side. his two right hands are in his chest proudly.

an ink drawing of a four legged alien with an upright rectangular body and two tiny arms. his legs stick out in four directions and each end in two little claws. he has large eyes, two nostrils and two little feelers above a mouth with fangs. he has a jaunty trilby sat on one side of his head at an angle. he is wearing shorts somehow, that are held up in a complex shape of belts.

an ink drawing of a robot with a screen face displaying a :D emoticon. they have a cobbled together body with one arm ending in a three fingered claw and the other in a buzzsaw. their legs are very short, one ends in a tiny wheel and the other in another claw.

an ink drawing of a budgie with her head cocked inquisitively and her right foot raised in greeting.

and here’s schmerr

an ink drawing of a very short humanoid alien in a comical space suit. they have a round head that has tiny ears and hubs eyes at the very top. he has a sagging facial tattoo that is indecipherable but was once a phoenix on their cheek. they are making notes as they look down in surprise.
