My 1st and only G5 was the 17" iMac. I got an 24" iMac (Intel) a year later and was shocked how poorly constructed it was compared to the G5 iMac. Case warped making the optical drive innaccessable. I live no-where near an Apple store, so Apple sent someone out of state to work on my iMac at home.
