The only thing surprising is that the privatised water companies didn’t actively prosecute the people affected. Their profits and bonus culture relied solely on killing the rivers and poisoning the sea.

I did read that this may be a bit out of date in the outrage stakes as this government has actually implemented some overdue reforms to the water industry. (anglia byline?) Does it feature Feargal Sharkey btw? He’s been amazing over his campaigning for clean water.
