Aw, this is a very touching picture! In hurt/comfort scenarios I’m usually used to seeing Alastor being a caretaker to Vincent. But having Vincent as the one caring for Al feels a bit more appropriate.
Alastor isn’t used to having someone take care of him, but asking Vincent to help feels intimate.
