Right, but say I have a Talent who attacks a goblin that's Marked. Obviously I bleed from the Main Action, but the Tactician (not bleeding) spends 1 Focus as a free triggered action to let me spend a Recovery. Is my spending a Recovery a triggered action? Codex seems to think so.

Bleeding from the main action depends on what the source of bleeding is. If you see bleeding from the dying condition, the recovery may end the bleeding condition because the bleed should be checked AFTER the ability is resolved.

So the order would be: * attack marked target * Tactician used recovery on hitting marked target * recovery used * end of dying and bleeding conditions
