Thank you for your patience. We have been overwhelmed and this got lost in the blizzard. Briefly, we were not involved in organizing the march or getting speakers, so some of your questions are much better directed to Jewish Federations of North America or others (hopefully you’ve reach out to them as well). Nor can I speak to the content of any particular sign at the event, but we support a two-state solution and the right to national self-determination for both Palestinians and Israelis, and through our Invest in Peace initiative, we have actively promoted the coexistence organization working for a future of peace and prosperity for both societies. Of course, we also believe that Israel has the right to defend its citizens from violent attack.

Using this event to target the rise of progressive candidates and policies, including many Jews, is indicative of their belief that only those who toe the line on Israel are worthy of platforming, erasing Jews who are opposed to its genocide in favor of right-wingers cosplaying as progressives.
