Trump is offering voters $5k if Republicans win the midterms. If Democrats would support the Make Billionaires Pay Act, authored by Bernie Sanders and Ro Khanna, they could proudly counter with "$5k? We'll give you $12k."
But most Democrats don't yet support that bill. Now's the time to reconsider.
