The big issue is that while games like Chrono Trigger DID compensate for this. Other games like Super Metroid didn't. So you should be switching between 4:3 and 8:7 on a case-by-case basis.

I think a less talked about mistake of the Constitution is having elections be held in November. People cannot grasp cyclical years, and we should hold elections in January.
