After some thought I've decided to cut back a lot of the detail on the models I'm creating for my games, sometimes taking 2 hours to paint a model that could be simplified in 4 minutes, I'm just 1 dev, I wanna see progress daily not a single model.

The game I've working on is going well, so I've managed to make a control-able physics player that feels comfortable to move around. Surprisingly if you don't know how to do that there is some effort involved with getting it feeling good which is really important :) So things are moving along!

Part 3 To conclude: - I'm going to be moving to Godot, its literally perfect and they are optimising it, the engine is less than 1GB and I can copy and paste code instead of just learning a tutorial step by step for 2 hours. It saves time, its less bloaty and I have more control. Godot is cool !

Part 2 - I also need to pay once I make enough with my products which kills motivation being an indie dev. - I don't like feeling forced to use blueprints I don't feel like a developer. - It takes too long to optimise the engine just to get games to run on peoples Pc's and Os's

TLDR - So I'm moving away from Unreal engine after using it for about 9 years now. Why: - Each update bloats the engine so much and makes games bloated. - They also keep adding more features I don't use or need and they keep changing the layout of there engine. - I hate relearning it each update.
