i dont really consider a hero reaching LL a bad thing having a journey with a hero means you reach the destination eventually, and when that time comes you can look back at the times you had with them and look forward to doing it again with another

Wondering when and where I can buy my Calling 100 Sink Below playmat that wasnt available as advertised this weekend. It was the primary souvenir (outside of the Sink Belows themselves) that I wanted from ATL. This is an actual question, not just snark to he clear. #fabtcg @fabfoundry.bsky.social

all three IAR heroes are going to do well this weekend, people are getting psyop'd hard

if you're going anyway, keep an eye on the fab foundry website, its been updating often with openings into events including the Calling

how well you do this weekend at #Calling100 is determined by the number of marvel Sink Belows you have at the end of the weekend #fabtcg 6: you did really well 5: you did really well 4: you did really well 3: you did really well 2: you did really well 1: you were too busy winning the calling

over the years of playing and putting #fabtcg decks together, its kinda crazy how often the pair of boltyn blitz precons had something i needed, when the only reason I bought them initially was because it was cheaper than buying two minervas

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

If you are doing well in an event and would like to keep playing, be sure to drop from any other event you've signed up for before it starts, otherwise you'll be dropped from the older event(the exception is your older event is in the last round and you've reported the result).

040

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Here's a helpful tip for those who signed up for and are planning to play multiple events at #fabtcg 's #Calling100! You can not playing in two events at once, even if you're just going to pick up your Sink promo and drop.

yeah my last malice pool felt really close with 5 allies and a couple of the +3 move to gy from banish pump, but malice felt really shallow outside of those cards in particular

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

yeah my last prerelease pool seem to have had most of its playables as yellow cards

it's really a zombie movie with a small resident evil paint job, small enough it could be changed if they lost the rights enjoyable to watch, but no depth and an abrupt ending that makes you think you wasted your time

000

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

if you go into it expecting a horror comedy, its that if you're expecting RE, you'll get some of the cheesiness those games had, some nods toward the gameplay they had played out for comedy, and some name drops to remind you but nothing of actual substance from the series

100

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

as soon as it started becoming good, it stops and becomes awful before suddenly ending with a name drop like you're supposed to act impressed

000

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

damn no wonder people are trashing this resident evil movie, it's like they read an AI summary of the first three games and decided to make their own spin of it with an awful story with terrible pacing

200

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

hadn't seen anyone mention this, but even the 2DIE4 Malice sleeves are foil signed on the box(understandably not so on the sleeves themselves). I believe this is the first time they've done so for the FAB Dragon Shields. #fabtcg

030

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

gotta setup the future hype/disappointment with an announcement of a future announcement, especially about something people have been asking about for years

120

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

i just think it looks odd because of the dude to the right looks like he's in the actual art, and a missed opportunity to have him be half zombie soldier or something

3-0 IAR pre release with Levia no notes, friend in front if me opens a fable, no other spice opened 2-1 cyberpunk beta event Game feels ass to play, at least as a sealed event; half the room dropped after round 1.

of course after i post this i open two CF hex gauntlets, the second of which was physically stuck to the foil of the pack like the whole pack was this way like it got water damaged, except how does only a single pack in the middle of box get water damaged lmao

040

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

tl;dr: the issue is heroes are being designed to have these "pop off" turns and the other person has to sit there and eat it, or have the hoser and we've seen how the game is when the hoser isn't up to par if it isn't a blue block 3 and costs 0, it might as well doesn't exist

000

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

either person A has the counterplay and foils the whole turn, or they don't and person B runs away with the game personally, I don't see this as any different than Kano players hoping to catch people slacking on AB for a weekend

110

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

due to how the game functions, #fabtcg is probably the hardest game to make counterplay cards for either it doesn't do enough or it does too much, and changing any aspect of these could significantly change their usage to 0% or 100%

230

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

boxes should stop having the only CF/RF EA opened be something made for limited(the format you're not allowed to play said cards in) like if we got to have these for the 7 people who want them, have it be in addition. Box openings with these as the CF must feel so bad. #fabtcg

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

could it be possible to have illegal cards appear at the end of search results? That way they still technically show up with a ⚠️ to clarify why, but aren't mixed in with legal cards if you're just casually browsing what's available.

000

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

i know right some real "one cold foil copper cog per case" vibes

010

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

having to deal with what you selected get bought out of your cart when you're trying to check out. But also some random parent buying for their kid is gonna get sent a Levia card lmao.

030

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Yep. For the record, this seems like how TCGPlayer does it now for I assume every game. Grand Archive had a similar promotion. Honestly, there's some advantage to it as you can just pick what you need and get some supplies for the rest of the way versus

130

Marowak🔜Battlegrounds Shenanigans @zwor.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

it must be a huge pain to bling out Levia now with all of her stuff scattered around hero exclusive to paris these exclusive to the US
