Slower this month, and the drop in correct answers does relate. Fewer dumb mistakes now, as I'm taking it a bit slower but actually being challenge by new kanji more frequently. Vocab? Not so much. The vocab is where the random osmosis from years of media consumption helps.

I didn’t spend nearly enough time in Kumamoto. I’m not even a huge One Piece fan, but walked out to get the first picture for my nephew. I desperately want to go back to visit the other areas (just like the rest of the country… there’s so much to see/do…).

It's been just a bit of time, but still making progress. Level 9 was definitely where things are hitting "Ok, I need to think about this harder to try and remember." This language is hard, man. Especially at my age already.
