That's so true. It's quite difficult to get over Meta. Their apps are most used amongst our friends and family. It isn't easy to get over. But the least to do is to limit the usage of those apps.

My main phone now only consists of WhatsApp and Bluesky. Unfortunately I could entirely delete all Meta apps. Plus a couple of my friends are in touch with me on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. It is tough leave out Meta entirely. 🥲
