It wasn't until I had a high protien diet and was doing exercise I enjoyed and made me feel good with visual results that I started to become healthier. And all those PE classes could've done the same thing if we were stretching then immediately doing shit we WANTED to do like the post run games

I was a fat kid till HS when I played football and the coach got me into Weight Lifting instead of PE which was just "Run a mile worth of laps and maybe play soccer or kickball" PE wasn't fun, PE kept me fat because my read as a kid was "This is how you stay skinny fuck this I'll just be fat"
