Agreed. The consuming team can then validate their side using stubs before the hard plumbing is done. Obviously this works when the business context does not require standardised APis in which case the team has to deal with it (or this is abstracted out).

Airbus is putting its data beyond America's reach. They will run on Scaleway, a French provider, instead. A US law lets American authorities request data held by US firms, including data stored in servers outside the country. Europe is slowly trying to lean less on American technology.

Pretty good summary of Melenchon. There is also antisemitism, more precisely anti-Israēl. A way to mobilise further support internally. He is just like many politician changing his views based on what works best with his electorate.
