People act like love is some grand achievement. Like it’s something to celebrate. But tell me this—does love lower your cdr? Does love reduce reaction time? Some casual is holding their significant other, whispering sweet nothings, blissfully unaware their rotations are atrocious

"Omega Strikers is the only game where I can win 95% of my matches and still feel like I’m being skill-checked by the concept of existence itself. The real final boss isn’t Awakenings or team diff—it’s the creeping realization that one day I will die"

NEW YEAR’S EVE???? PRIME TIME TO REPOST THIS COMIC I SPENT OVER A MONTH ON AND THEREFORE DIDNT FINISH IT ON TIME FOR ACTUAL NYE LAST YEAR??? lfg second half below :3 #omegastrikers #thunderstruck

pg 1 of an omega strikers fan comic. a poster reads: “X’s X-clusive new year’s eve party!!! all pro league teams invited! (21+ event. sorry kids!)”
3 frames show different strikers, dressed in somewhat formal clothes, participating in a variety of activities at the party.
vyce is sitting on the couch sipping on a drink, and someone approaches her asking if she’s already getting tired.

pg 2. the person approaching vyce is revealed to be octavia. vyce tells her she was just waiting to play ping pong, but will likely not get a chance due to X wanting to beat Asher. octavia sits next to vyce and asks if she’s going to talk to Mako tonight, to which vyce groans and tells octavia that she hasn’t decided yet. octavia tries to ease vyce’s nerves regarding the matter.

pg 3. octavia gets up off the couch and, before walking away, tells vyce that she saw Mako out on the deck earlier, and that Vyce might regret not talking to her. vyce thinks on this and ultimately ends up going out to the deck. she looks fondly at mako, who is by herself, leaning on the railing holding a drink.

pg 4. vyce approaches mako, who didn’t hear her come out. they chat about X’s house (where the party is taking place), and both take a long sip of their drinks in the conversation lull. mako asks vyce the best part of her year, to which she replies playing cool shows with her band, playing pro corestrike, and getting to hang out with mako and octavia again. she tells mako she missed her a lot.

Played in 3 omega strikers tournaments today all back to back. I’m so exhausted, but damn has my training been paying off. Bustered in the first one, but took second place for the single player bracket after losing round one, and took first for the team bracket We keep learning
