Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Feeling a bit nervous this morning. My first time attempting the dance competition. While I've done my best to practice, I've not had the space comparable to the dance floor to actually practice in. Still, should be a fun time. #IFC2026 390
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Just checked into the hotel for Indy FurCon. If anyone on here wants to meet up sometime over the weekend, feel free to give me a poke. #IFC2026 132
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 30/08/2026Back at the drive in tonight. The first show is Buddy. Starts out very reminiscent of the kids Barney and Friends. Though it doesn't take long into the movie to find out something is off in this surreal horror movie. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 22/08/2026Well, it's that time of year again. Just got parked for the Super Monster Movie Fest at the drive in. Two nights with five movies each. Tonight it's The Ghost Breakers, Ghostbusters, Tucker & Dale vs Evil, Return of the Living Dead, and Comedy of Terrors. 330
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Another night at the drive on theater. Tonight is Spiderman: Brand New Day and Ninrods. Must finished watching Spiderman and I really enjoyed it. The movie definitely lives up to the hype, and even had me in tears and couple of times. I'd highly recommend it. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 23/07/2026This searching for a house has given me a lot to think about, and I'm not sure I have any answers as I tend to over think things. Mainly, what do I want in the long term for housing. 100
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 23/07/2026Well, my house hunting journey has me at a difficult decision. One house that's smaller, but has a garage. It's in fairly good condition that might need a few touch ups. Then another house, although no garage, is significantly bigger. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 05/07/2026Rent is going up yet another $100 a month if I stay here another year. I guarantee I'm not getting a pay raise, let alone anything close to that amount. I'm running out of things I can cut from my budget. 100
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 26/06/2026Kicking myself in the pants again. Found out a house that I wanted but was hesitant on because of the price sold for 10k less than the listed price. While still on the upper end of what I could afford at 190k, I don't know why I kept putting it off. I doubt I'll find another like it. 010
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 07/06/2026Another night at the drive in theater. Just hit finished watching Masters of the Universe. Can't say that I remember a lot about He-Man from back in my childhood, so I can't really speak much about how accurate it is to the old cartoons. However I quite enjoyed it. 130
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 05/06/2026Trying to put together a disco style outfit isn't easy. Think I found where I can get a purple blazer. However finding bell bottom pants for men is seemingly impossible. Still undecided on a shirt and other accessories. 020
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 19/04/2026I wonder why brake failure is a recurring theme in my dreams. Not even in a I'm going very fast and can't stop kind of way, but usually I'm stopped or going slowly and the vehicle rolls back or just keeps creeping forward. 100
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 12/04/2026I want to get some hand and feet paws to go with my white tiger fursuit head I got. Anyone on here happen to have any recommendations? Also looking into trying to put together a disco style outfit in time for Indy FurCon. 221
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 09/04/2026Some reason I keep going back to the Powerline concert scene from A Goofy Movie. That movie overall was pretty good. 000
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 05/04/2026First night back at the drive in since last year. Watching Super Mario Galaxy and The Goat tonight. 240
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 03/04/2026I don't get why computer users like the space bar so much. I prefer terrestrial bars, they're much more down to earth. 481
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 21/03/2026Been trying to look at options for getting a house. I keep going back to the same worries though of will I be able to afford something that will be worthwhile. 330
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 20/03/2026I have been watching some of these videos, and admittedly this one in particular hit home for me. youtu.be/6BS5r-5_gfY?...youtu.bePsychology of Gen X Parents (The Great Financial Betrayal)YouTube video by Wealth Logic 120
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 08/03/2026There needs to be more macro art of Kimahri and Red XIII. 3101
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 25/02/2026My coat pocket has caught on the armrest at work so often that it's been almost completely torn off. Not wanting to have to buy a new coat just over a pocket, I got some sewing supplies. 120
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 18/02/2026With as much as rent has home up in the last four years, maybe I should be looking into buying or building a house again. 010
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 12/02/2026These last couple of years I have been both lucky and unlucky with water damage and leaks. Unlucky that I've had water leaks now multiple times from the upstairs apartment. Lucky that it has always been more of a drip and not some kind of torrent that destroys everything. 010
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 12/02/2026Work has been killing me this week. The other company went bankrupt, and suddenly closed down, leaving a lot of the extra work on us, along with bee staff rushed in. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 21/01/2026Part of me wants to move further north. I hate the cold, but I like snow. So if I'm going to deal with the cold anyway may as well be where the snow stays around all winter. 150
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 15/01/2026Hearing about all the snow further north, I'm kind of envious. As much as I hate them cold, I do like snow. I kind of miss how in my hometown when I was younger snow was almost a permeate thing from about January to mid March. 140
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 05/01/2026I need to set more time aside to learning German. When I worked alone I was able to get through lessons on some work nights. Harder to do that with someone else in the office most nights now days. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 01/01/2026Well, this week at work is just a cap on a crap year. Seems like nothing can go right this week, having problem after problem after problem, most of which is out of my control. 140
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 29/12/2025Well, I didn't have monsoon in December in my 2025 bingo card. 010
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 25/12/2025Realized last night that tasty chees(e) is one letter difference from a dairy product and voring several spotty felines. 070
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 08/12/2025A bit crazy to think that we only broke 10k in convention attendance what feels like not long ago, and now we're well above 15k conventions. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 02/12/2025Only a couple more work nights before I drive up to Chicago for MFF. Should be interesting being the first convention with my new tiger. 150
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 29/11/2025It's a cold night at the drive in. Just got done with the first movie, Wicked for Good. Overall I liked it. It's an interesting twist on the Wizard of Oz story. 110
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 11/11/2025I want to cone up with a food outfit for my tiger. I only have a the head and am not a fan of poodling myself, so I'd want something that is effectively a full body outfit (least until I can at least get some hand paws). Course cost is the other constraint. 120
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 30/10/2025Had a strange dream last night about me and a friend flying to Japan. Didn't get much further than the airport we landed in, but probably the first time that I can recall, I actually realized I was asleep when my car was waiting for me at the airport. 130
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 24/10/2025@slashsabercat.bsky.social Hope you have a good birthday. 030
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 08/10/2025Seeing that new bridge in China makes me envious. Our government was also once able to do marvelous things. Creating the Interstate system at the time was an undertaking as was the space race to the moon. 150
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 30/09/2025Well, I got a tiger head for a pretty good deal. I've wanted a fursuit for a long time and this is a pretty good start. Now for the hard part, coming up with a name and character concept. 1211
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 19/09/2025Du bands even sell CDs anymore? Figured is get one or two after the Powerwolf concert to listen to on the long drive home but I didn't see any for sale. I'm old. 010
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 19/09/2025Covid killed just about everything being open 24 hours. Even many truck stop restaurants are no longer 24 hours. 131
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 01/09/2025I wonder, do some pokemorphs like having a pokeball for a home? 140
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 31/08/2025Back at the drive in tonight. Watching The Bad Guys 2 and Jaws tonight. 140
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 27/08/2025Part of me would like to get UK dual citizenship. However I don't think I could make it work without earning enough to be able to afford traveling back and forth fairly frequently. 130
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 23/08/2025Back at the drive in tonight. It's Super Monster Movie Fest: Class Dismissed this weekend. Night one of two, four movies each night. I didn't watch a lot of horror / scary movies movies when growing up, so I'll be seeing most, if not all of these, for the first time. 120
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 15/08/2025Just a totally normal flower. Completely normal. No danger here. 050
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 14/08/2025In a macro pet mood lately. Just being gigantic and adorable. While my collar doubles as both a control device and a home for my owner. 1130
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 30/07/2025This year is cursed. I was sitting in my car sending a friend a message when I hear a loud crack from the passenger side door. Sure enough, the window won't stay up now. 020
Zordrak Shadowfang @zordrak.bsky.social · 25/07/2025This is killing me. My rent is going up another $95 this year. Three of the past five years my rent has gone up significantly (one year $40, the other two $95). You can bet my monthly pay hasn't gone up even close to that. 040
