Sorry I worded this incorrectly. I meant I am taking steps to prevent AI from training off my artist's work.

ZoranTheWizard @zoranthewizard.com · 23/08/2026

Been trying to take steps to prevent my artist's work from not being trained by AI. But many platforms we use to help the business have no reasonable option. I even transferred off google drive cause they train off that, but still have to do YouTube. Abandoning it isnt an option. Man, this sucks.

Was asked if there was a way to play WH40K in D&D. I explained that there are a lot of purpose built systems for WH40K they can try. They only wanted it using D&D's rules. I get the convenience of not switching a rule-set , but it sucks that it's the default approach to other IPs.

A lot of games, especially MMOs, have super elaborate armor and weapons. They look great! But, I prefer low fantasy armor. And will go out of my way to make my duder look simpler compared to the warlock with the doom of karkarindoth rotating around him as 500 orbs and lights.

I'm in a weird decision. If I had more time, I'd make more edited TTRPG content. But, I don't have that time. If I made it in a low effort way and just rambled, it'd be way easier to make. But will it even be good? I want to make a good portfilio. It's a weird quality/quantity problem and aaaggghhh

I have a sin to admit. I've never seen Ghostbusters, Terminator, and other must see classics. I'm making a list to fix this. Which are some of your "you have to see this or you suck" movie and show recommendations?

I am officially down 90 pounds since November of last year. And I've gone down several shirt sizes. Still got a chunk to go, but I'm hoping next year I hit my goal and get back in the shape I used to be. And get to visit conventions again. Back to the gym!

All the love to those affected by the recent Paizo layoffs. It's heart wrenching knowing a lot of amazing folks I've worked with will be affected. Sadly it's one of those hard business decisions no one wants to make. And I'm confident the higher ups held out for as long as they could. Be safe all

Star Citizen just passed 1 billion funds raised. Compared to so many "early access" titles, I am still surprised on how this project still keeps going. It, so far, is the only space game that's grabbed me. I hope it succeeds. But people have been owed a game for years.

If I were to guess, Steam is booting before the drive is. So the drive needs to be set to auto boot on startup. Googling "auto mount drive at boot" plus your distro, should sort you out. It's weird and dumb.
