I'm having Pho for lunch today. They say San Jose has the best Pho outside of Vietnam, but I'm sure other cities make this claim too. Anyway, it's difficult to decide where. Old school Vietnamese hang out at the food court at Lion's Plaza on the east side, so I'm going to give Pho Pasteur a try.
