A sequel Patreon reward that I recently had the pleasure of working on. I think I'm getting better wirh capes! Lightning Lion has reverted back to his dragon form here, but it seems his superhero powers are still intact ;)

This father and son superhero team have transformed from being a family of dragons to their alter-egos, Lightning Lion and The Amazing Eagle! Too bad no one told The Amazing Eagle that he was going to be the sidekick in this crime fighting duo Drawn as a Patreon reward for @jamesquacks.bsky.social

Zookie the Dragon @zookiecartoons.bsky.social · 07/01/2026

Today is Zookie's 10th Anniversary! Thanks for all the love you have shown Zookie over the last 10yrs. Here's one of my earliest digital doodles of Zookie and the first drawing of Sparky! The blue dragon has never appeared in the comics but probably inspired Frizard

Wolfaloon Sparky takes to the skies for the #CRAZIESDayParade This version of Sparky was requested by one of his biggest fans. It seems Sparky got a bit overexcited though! I wonder if regular Sparky will also make an appearance this year? @jonscrazyblues.bsky.social @lollipopcomics.bsky.social

No.406 Alpine Incline This comic was something I sketched up while cartooning in the Alps. As per usual Zookie has been subjected to one of Cinder's outdoor activities, but at least he bought along some cookies.

I'm off to the Italian Alps in a couple of days - I can't wait! Zookie on the other hand, might be best off staying at home where he can't disrupt the local wildlife. Besides, I doubt his excessive pastry hoard will fit into my suitcase!
