I am learning so much about what my value is, something I never put stock in. Always thought my worth was determined by the smiles I bring, the friends I make, the kindness I give out. While that does add some worth, the majority comes from me and me alone. #VTuber #ENVTuber #Empower

De-attachment is not devaluing the subject emotionally, its recognizing the danger of investing in something that in the past has hurt you when its gone or broken. You can value something without the emotional weight added. #VTuber #ENVTuber #Stoicism

People with ADHD notice things, the small patterns, the change in tone and the vibe someone gives off, all these are seen and felt. Liars rarely catch us off guard. We may not have good focus of uninteresting things, but we hyper focus on what matters to us. #VTuber #ENVTuber #ADHD
