Hesitantly, he takes her hand. It's like touching something with a constant static charge. "If you insist . . ."

"Yes - uhm. Most oracles are pretty adept at divination, and I am no exception. It's not consistent and the dreams are rare . . . More often I see and hear portents in the wind, the waves, and the clouds." He's gently tapping his spear/staff against the ground in thought.

"Well, admittedly, I do have a purpose here, even if it is very vague. Most of the oracles that lived on the flotilla before my time simply warded particularly horrific storms away from Hyrule's shores but . . . I had a vision that I needed to be here, or that I would be here." He muses idly.

"It's been with me ever since I can remember. It . . . Makes it hard to do finer motions. Lightning is drawn to me, I occasionally have small puddles form around me . . . And there's always a light breeze that picks up the more I . . . Tap into the divine mystery of tempests."

"Oh, I don't, uhm. Have one of those ? I am the conduit myself, the divine concept of storms being . . . Held, within my mortal body."

"Ah, I'm . . . Newer. My family lived far off of the coast of the Faron region on a flotilla for many, many years, but I am just . . . The newest storm sage. A pleasure." He exhales, stepping out of the puddle of rainwater that spontaneously formed underfoot due to his oracular curse.

"Ah, I see." He is . . . Unbothered by her eyes. After all, as an oracle, he's surprised his own eyes still work at all. "I . . . I am Mahuizoh. Oracle of Tempest, Sage of Storms. Who might you be ?"

"Oh I'm sorry, many apologies -" And then he realizes. "Ah. Another . . . Zonai ?"

"Oh, well, on my raft there . . . Weren't many holidays, besides the storm season beginning and ending . . ."

"We've met briefly, though I . . . Moreso delve into the divine mystery that all storms hold. Wind, waves, frost, lightning . . . Not just lightning. If you'll forgive my impudence. I am an oracle of the tempest . . . Which means I am cursed, your radiance." He can't help but be formal.

"I thought the same until I came to the mainland, your highness. Uhm. I'm Mahuizoh. Sage of Storms !" A polite bow to his superior and elder.

Mahuizoh is messing about with a pan flute, the wind constangly surrounding him giving the melody an eerie echo. "Hmhm . . . mhhhm.~"

"Oh, well, I had a garden on my flotilla, but . . . It sank, and I didn't really grow much besides mighty bananas."

Munch. Gulp. "Mm. Haven't had shock fruit in ages . . . Thank you, Farosh." A small, sheepish smile, before Mahuizoh's face settles back into that stoic mask.

Raising his head back to his full height, ears twitching. Bashful expression plastered across his muzzle. "Y-Yes. Please."

Blank staring - then, realization. "Ah ! Shoot, I'm . . . I'm. Mahuizoh. Oracle of the Tempest, it's a pleasure to meet you, patron spirit of storms !" The zonai bows his head low, a once distant and brooding expression giving way to a bashful one.

Mahuizoh is currently eating a bunch of mighty bananas, sat cross-legged as the winds of his oracular curse whip around him harmlessly.
