ME TOO. If an artist is mean to Taylor or uses her name to get attention, that sours me a bit. But most of the time those are other pop people and that’s not my “home genre” so I just don’t go out of my way to listen lol I would soooo much rather hear about what people like!

I think if Record A is so good I can’t listen to Record B at some point during the day because I keep hitting repeat, I think it’s on Record B to step their game up.

I don’t understand the rage about artists “blocking” other artists. Granted, 97% of the bands I listen to don’t chart at all so maybe I’m not right to weigh in on it. But do we not have 24 hours in a day? I put on Record A, and once that’s done, I put on Record B and C. All in a day!

One time I worked at a tech retail store and the CEO’s wife sent out an email telling everyone it was impolite to start emails with “hey.” She also used to say the store was a family. I felt a bit healed when I just got a note from someone at HQ of my current job starting with “hey.” Felt safe. 🩷
