You'll feel a little ill for the first 5 days, but I recommend the keto diet. Of course do some research first, but it's essentially cutting out carbs. No sugar, no bread, etc. But you can have SOME carbs, just under 50 "net carbs", which is why you should research them first. Worked for me~
