In the garage over the weekend, came across a portable cd player I bought about 5 years ago at Wal-Mart (Onn brand). Tried it out today as it was still boxed. First thing, the included headphones were absolutely horrible so I trashed them. But, when using my Skull Candy ones, it sounds pretty good.

My oldest nephew turns 25 today. I am 24 in this pic seeing him for the first time. Makes me realize there’s less days in front of me than behind me now.

Wished for a good Tuesday and that didn’t happen. 😢 Things are reorganizing and it’s looking like a bigger clusterfuck than it currently is.

Just checked what my “cost of living” raise will be on my next check. Difference not even enough to get half a tank of gas right now. But, supposedly they “care and appreciate” our hard work.

Seeing NORTH BY NORTHWEST in theaters at Green Hills. Well, the Nashville Film Festival started today and this theater is a participant. It was crazy trying to maneuver through the crowds. Hope getting out of the parking garage isn’t an issue when the movie is over.

Finally got my BASS PERSUADES CD in to listen. First reaction is positive. Unfortunately, it’s following the underrated SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL and it was going to be almost impossible to top that album, which I considered an almost perfect album. But, Miley delivered another solid album.

The first stage production I ever saw was THE SOUND OF MUSIC in high school. I hadn’t even watched the movie at that time. In 3 weeks, I’ll be seeing the newest touring production when it comes through Nashville. Ready to relive this moment from my teenage years. CD’s for the day…

Missed the 60th anniversary of #TheSoundOfMusic last year. But, thanks to The Franklin Theatre’s THEATRE TO THEATRE series, I get to watch it tonight in preparation for the Broadway touring production at TPAC in 3 weeks. Next week, they are showing DEATH BECOMES HER in the series!

I used to love getting TVonDVD but most shows I watched (except for certain genre shows) stopped getting releases. I found 2 seasons of #AbbottElementary at McKay’s over the weekend and got excited and ordered the other two seasons. #PhysicalMedia

The Regal last night had all the Star Trek popcorn buckets & sippers. I was going to get the 3 bucket/sipper sets but realized it would be $105 + tax and 99% of my Trek stuff is in storage so I decided to not get them.
